Merry Christmas and Wesołych Swiat

For those of you that may not know this, we are mostly all Polish people that work here at Top Gear, and this time of year is a very important celebration for us when we get together with our family and friends and celebrate with lots of food. A typical Polish Christmas dinner has no meat, except fish. It is comprised of potato and cabbage perogies, beet soup, fish, crepes stuffed with mushrooms and it wouldn’t be “wigilia” without our “opłatek”. This is a piece of flat bread, kind of like what you get at church when you go up for communion and we use it to share our intentions with the people we love. We usually wish them a strong year filled with good health and they break off a piece of our opłatek. So without further a due, we share with your our opłatek and wish you all an amazing new year that is filled with good health, lots of laughter and lots of good time around great company.

We will be closed on Christmas Day and New Years, but are around on all of the other days to serve you and your car needs. So whether it’s an oil change you need before the new year, or you still haven’t got your winter tires on - we are here for you! And don’t worry if you don’t drive an import, we are a great alternative to the dealer no matter what make or model that you drive! Drive safe!

There will be no blog posting until January 12th. Stay tuned!
